How to apply
The registration portal for the University of Camerino is currently opened and accepting applicants from all over the world. The first procedure is apply for a program at the institution (Note: scholarships are not awarded at the initial stage of the application).
Required Documents for Bachelor's program
All applicants are required to submit these documents before their application can be validated as complete
- Passport main page
- High-school diploma that states the requirements for access to university education, i.e. conferred on completion of a minimum of 12 years of education (in English or Italian);
- Certificate of academic eligibility if required by your home country (e.g. Konkour for Iranian/Afghan students, YKS for Turkish students, GAOKAO for Chinese students with minimum score 380, etc...);
- Language Certificate (Cambridge, IELTS, TOEFL, Trinity, Pearson) at level B2 (reccommended, not mandatory).
Required Documents for Master's program
- Passport Main Page: This is required for identification purposes.
- Bachelor Degree Certificate: This proves that you have successfully completed a Bachelor's degree.
- Transcript of Records: This is a document detailing your academic performance, typically listing the courses you took, grades received, and sometimes credit hours.
- Outlines Syllabuses or Diploma Supplement: These provide additional details about the content and structure of your academic program. Outlines syllabuses are detailed descriptions of individual courses, while a Diploma Supplement is an official document accompanying a higher education diploma that provides additional information about the qualification.
- Language Certificate (Cambridge, IELTS, TOEFL, Trinity, Pearson) at Level B2: This demonstrates your proficiency in the English language. The specified levels (B2 in this case) are based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
Important information for prospective students requiring Visa
1. Apply for Pre-Admission:
Submit a pre-admission application by completing the online form.
Ensure that all mandatory fields marked with an asterisk are filled out.
2. Curriculum Evaluation:
Your curriculum will be evaluated, and if positively assessed, you will receive an email with further instructions.3. Pre-Enrolment through Portal UNIVERSITALY:
Upon a positive evaluation, you will be guided on how to apply for pre-enrolment through the Portal UNIVERSITALY. Note that the portal for the academic year 2024-25 will be available at the end of March 2024.4. Validation by the University:
After submitting your pre-enrolment application, the university will validate your application.5. Pre-Admission Letter:
Upon successful validation, a pre-admission letter will be sent to both the chosen Embassy and your email address.6. Portal UNIVERSITALY Availability:
Keep in mind that for the academic year 2024-25, the Portal UNIVERSITALY is not available yet, so you may need to wait until the end of March 2024. It's crucial to follow these steps carefully and pay attention to any specific instructions provided in the emails or on the online application form.
