PhD opportunities in energy materials chemistry at Oregon State University

Professor Xiulei "David" Ji, a Professor in the Department of Chemistry at Oregon State University, is looking to recruit two PhD students for a research assistantship position for 2024.

About His Research

We work to elucidate basic structure-property correlation at atomic and nanometric scales for charge-storage materials. Such correlation guides us to design and synthesize advanced electrode materials to enable sustainable energy storage and conversion solutions. We integrate electrochemical principles with basic material chemistry to explore new charge storage mechanisms and device configurations.
